1. General provisions
1.1. This Refund Policy sets out the terms of refunds for a subscription to the DuckConnect service (the “Service”) provided by kite s. r. o. (D-U-N-S® number 495423280, the “Operator”).
1.2. The Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service and applies to all subscription payments on the website duckconnect.info and in the Telegram bot.
2. Trial period
2.1. New users receive a free trial period of 3 days. No charges are made during the trial period.
2.2. If no subscription is taken out, access ends automatically at the end of the trial period. A charge is made only after a subscription is taken out, and its amount and date are shown before payment.
3. Full refund: within 7 days
3.1. If a refund is requested within 7 days of payment, the funds are refunded in full (100% of the amount paid), without giving reasons.
3.2. The trial period does not shorten the refund period: the 7 days are counted from the date the subscription was actually paid for.
4. Partial refund: after 7 days
4.1. If a refund is requested after 7 days from payment, the part of the amount proportional to the unused remainder of the paid period is refunded.
4.2. The amount of a partial refund is calculated as the cost of the subscription attributable to the full unused days of the paid period as of the date of the request. Days already used are not refundable.
5. How to request a refund
5.1. To request a refund, contact support through the form on the website or the Telegram bot, stating the email or Telegram linked to the account and the date of payment.
5.2. The refund is made to the original payment method within 5 to 14 business days of confirmation. The time it takes for the funds to arrive depends on the bank or the payment provider.
6. When no refund is made
6.1. No refund is made: for repeated purchases by the same user for the purpose of abusing refunds; for payment through unofficial intermediaries; when an account is blocked for violating the Terms of Service.
7. Governing law
7.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. This Policy does not limit the rights granted to a consumer by mandatory law.
