Payment step by step
- Will a Russian bank card work?
- Yes: a card from any Russian bank, and SBP too. The payment goes through a secure page, and the key is issued right after confirmation.
- Where do I enter my card number?
- On the acquirer's payment page, not on the service's pages. Only the payment result comes back here. The amount and date are visible before you confirm.
- Do I need the site after setup?
- No. The key works from the app; the site is not needed for that. You come here to renew the subscription, replace the key or check the period.
- When do I see the renewal amount?
- Before you confirm, together with the date. Both before the first payment and before every next one: a renewal never goes through silently.
- Do I have to pay right away?
- No. For the first three days access is full and free; an email address is enough. After that the subscription is paid: network capacity and hardware cost money.
Devices and period
- How many devices connect with one key?
- Three at the same time. The key is not tied to a particular device: you add it wherever you need access. There is no separate charge for each device.
- How much traffic is in the subscription?
- The counter is monthly: 100 GB during the trial and 1536 GB on a paid subscription, reset at the start of the month. There is deliberately no unlimited plan: without a ceiling the load jumps, and the speed with it.
- How long until I get the key after payment?
- A couple of minutes. First the payment is confirmed, then the key is issued. It appears in your account, from where you add it to the app.
- Is Telegram required?
- No. Sign-in, payment and renewal happen on the site: email address, sign-in link, payment page. Telegram is only needed to move a subscription from the bot and for support.
- How is the price calculated?
- The price depends only on the period. There are three periods, and per month the longer one is cheaper than the shorter one. The exact amounts are on the pricing page.
First launch
- Is there a free period?
- Yes, three days with full access. The order is the same as later: email address, sign-in link, key. Nothing is cut down during these days.
- What do I need to prepare in advance?
- Only an email address. The app is installed at the third step, and the payment page opens later, when you decide to renew.
